Matcha Green Tea
As Christmas is around the corner, you are making plans to make most of the festive night with amazing decorations, music and more importantly food. #Matcha Toast Cookies

These buttery sweet soft-textured cookies will definitely give a kick-start to your snacks list.

Ingredients
  • 1 and ½ tbsp of matcha green tea powder
  • 2 sticks or ½ pound of butter (unsalted)
  • ¾ cup of white sugar
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla cream extract
  • 2 and ½ cups flour
  • ¼ of kosher salt
  • Some powdered sugar for sprinkling

Preparation

  1. In a stand mixer, mix the butter on medium speed for 3 4 minutes and then add the matcha tea powder. Beat them until they are blended completely.
  2. Add sugar and vanilla extract, and keep on beating the mix until fluffy. Then scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
  3. Add flour and salt and blend them slowly until mixed and then dough sticks while squeezed with hands. Form a dough ball from the blended mixture.
  4. Flour a sheet of parchment paper and place it on a baking sheet. Then slowly place the dough ball on it and roll out. Make it 1/4 inches thick by rolling and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
  5. Using a cookie cutter, chalk out cookies and place them on the baking sheet, sprinkle sugar and keep it back to refrigerate for more 30 minutes.
  6. Bake it in the oven at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes. When turned golden brown, take it out and let them cool down.

#Matcha Tea Frappe
This recipe is the coolest way to get a drink for the menu of Christmas evening. Rejuvenate your love for green tea with this easy-to-make frappe that is a perfect blend of sweet and coldness.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of vanilla frappe powder
  • 1 cup of fresh milk
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
